You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. You must not register using fictitious, misleading or third-party personal details.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on bte939. If the Operator detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual (by device, IP address, payment method, name or any other identifier), it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated transactions and permanently suspend access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to be authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the Operator immediately via the support channel.
bte939 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address or payment method. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC), valid passport, utility bill or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and delayed withdrawals. Deposits are accepted in PKR through the payment methods listed in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method. The Operator does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

If the Operator determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, it may void the bonus, void associated winnings and close the Account.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, welcome bonuses and other one-time promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device and payment method. Attempts to claim the same offer multiple times may constitute account fraud.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may affect Platform availability.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting bte939 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected underage gambling; or any other conduct the Operator reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
Upon Account closure or termination — whether initiated by you or the Operator — all bonus balances, free spins and promotional entitlements will be forfeited immediately. The Operator's obligations regarding your Real Money Balance survive termination and will be addressed in accordance with applicable verification requirements.
